Forever

This is an acrylic painting where I added flowers and vines in between layers of resin. The resin adds a glossy effect that makes you feel like you could be looking through a window to what’s outside. This process ends up pushing the background even further away and gives the flowers a 3D effect. The painting depicts two birds flying together through a fantastical scene of water and wildflowers. They are meant to symbolize marriage and how to be beautiful it must always be changing and growing.
